Is there a lift?

No. The second and third floors are reached by stairs. We hold your luggage on the ground floor, so you do not carry it up. If stairs are a concern, please ask us before booking.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Planned as 15:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out. [TBC] Check-in is self check-in; we send entry instructions after you book.

Are meals included?

We do not serve meals on site. Iwase has plenty of places within walking distance. Where a booking is needed — or hard to get — we arrange it for you.

Is there parking?

Still being arranged. [TBC] The tram from Toyama Station takes about 25 minutes and the stop is a short walk away.

Do I need to speak Japanese?

We work in English and Traditional Chinese. Most communication happens by messaging app after you book, so in-person exchanges are minimal.

Can I stay with children?

Still being decided. [TBC] We expect to welcome families who are comfortable with a stairs-only building.

Can I bring a bicycle?

We plan to store bicycles on the ground floor. [TBC] Cyclists are very much expected here.
